Managing Director

Over the last 20 years, Raquel has specialised in providing individuals and companies with professional legal, paralegal and conveyance services. Having worked in various sectors, such as being Legal Official  Property Register and for a British legal firm for numerous years, Raquel offers sound expertise and no-nonsense, impartial advice.

As a former partner of one of the Costa del Sol’s leading property conveyance law firms, Raquel has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the legalities and procedures involved in buying and selling a Spanish property.  Over the years, Raquel has successfully provided expats (both resident and non-resident) with professional advice and unrivalled customer service, to ensure the smooth running of any real estate transaction or legal procedure.

Working closely with the relevant Spanish authorities, Raquel is well-connected on the Costa del Sol thereby providing an efficient and hassle-free service.   Raquel and her team offer a hands-on professional approach to each and every client, to ensure total peace of mind and customer satisfaction.

Noelia Serrano

File Manager of Conveyance & Administration Department

Noelia plays a key role within the company to ensure the smooth running of all client administration and the safe keeping of all legal and fiscal documentation. She is bilingual and provides clients with extensive knowledge concerning fiscal representation, property taxes, personal taxes and corporation taxes.

Having gained a great deal of experience working for some of the Costa del Sols largest companies such as Endesa and Acosol, Noelia offers an efficient and proactive approach when it comes to communication and administration. Having previously worked for legal firms and real estate companies, Noelia is a valued member of the Perez Legal Group team.

Dolores Camacho

File Manager and pre and after sales department

A multi-skilled professional with excellent secretarial and administrative skills. Possessing a proven ability to provide a high level of legal secretarial support to a strong and busy team of solicitors. Very capable with an high level of accuracy and consistency in all areas of work. Well presented, punctual, confident and having the ability to provide all the general administrative requirements of a legal firm.

Now looking for a new and challenging legal secretary position, one which will make best use of my existing skills and experience and also further my personal and professional development.

Managing the secretarial duties in a busy solicitors office. This includes the day to day administrative duties including the co-ordination and implementation of office procedures. Keeping the client database p to date as well as tracking processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with legislation.

Monica Alvarez

File Manager of Conveyance

Responsible for the initial contact with clients and allocating cases as appropriate. Also in charge of assuming prime responsibility for legal issues & for providing all round legal support in areas such as document preparation, case management & legal research.

Her duties are :

  • Dealing with legal matters such as writing wills, property conveyance, custody cases and divorce settlements.
  • Analyzing, researching and summarizing legal information.
  • Typing up legal documents and keeping records up to date.
  • Filing and archiving of all company documents to the relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Interviewing and advising clients and witnesses.
  • Investigating facts & law of cases to determine causes of action & to prepare cases.
  • Drawing up wills and drafting contracts.
  • Liaising with other professionals from legal practices and courts.
  • Keeping up to date with changing legislation.

Manuel de las Heras

Lawyer of legal conveyance and litigation

Manuel qualified in 1982 and he is heading the litigation department in our main office in Marbella together with the conveyancing department.

He has acted in many high profile and complex cases often with an international dimension. He has specialized in property law since 1990, when she also trained as a mediator. She has since trained as a collaborative lawyer. He deals with complex financial and multi jurisdictional cases, many involving companies and legal property purchases.

Clients value her extraordinary tenacity, strategic approach, incisive intelligence, and firm, practical style and commend him on his sound accurate and advice.

Jose Ramon Gutierrez Gimenez

Lawyer

Jose Ramon Gutierrez Gimenez obtained his Law degree at the University of Malaga in 1998. Between 1998 and 2003, he practiced law with one of the most prestigious chambers in Malaga and from 2003 he has worked for several law firms in Marbella, specializing in property law. During the last 4 years his main focus has been litigation against Spanish developers due to illegal properties, construction delays, fraud etc.

Jose Ramón speaks fluent Spanish, English and some French. The great majority of his clients are non-residents in Spain, mostly English, Irish, Norwegian, Swedish and Danish.
