These Particular Conditions must be accepted in order for PÉREZ LEGAL GROUP S.L. to provide the service. The client claims, in this sense, to have read, understood and accepted these Conditions.
Description of the service
The PÉREZ LEGAL GROUP S.L. payment platform will be used as an additional method of payment by bank card.
There is no need to register or create an account in order to make an on-line payment.
Refund and cancellation policies
The cause for refund of the amount paid for the services contracted, due to error or non-conformity with what was requested, as well as the procedure to follow for refunds or claims that may arise, shall be governed by the provisions of the collaboration proposal of the contracted service, in force at the time of contracting. Electronic means of payment
Credit card details used for on-line payment are not kept on file. PÉREZ LEGAL GROUP S.L uses a secure payment gateway provided by Banco Santander S.A (Virtual POS) which guarantees the integrity of communications by means of sufficiently secure means (SSL, secure URLs, etc.). During the payment process, authentication of the ownership of the card will be requested through verification mechanisms of the bank which issued the card.
Minimum age of the applicant and transaction currency
The minimum age to apply for the services provided by this payment gateway is 18 years old.
The transaction currency of the services contracted will be the euro (€).
